Great little camping spot. Love the stocked pond and some great remote spots without power. Cozy little circle of powered and sewer sites around the main playground. Excellent family campground

Great small campsite. Only 1 hour from Edmonton. Small lake but Tiger Trout very hard to catch. Large playground for the Grandkids.

Absolutely love this campground. We've been going for years. Almost don't want to leave a review - its getting a lot harder to find a camp spot. If you want to camp here on a long weekend, make sure you make reservations far in advance. There are a couple of full hookup sites with the majority at power only. There are also some incredible boondock/tenting sites. The campground surrounds an open coal mine that has been allowed to fill with water and has been stocked with 2 types of trout. No motorized watercraft are allowed, but there is great fishing from the shore or you could bring your canoe or dinghy. The bird watching is fabulous (pelicans, cormorant, ducks, shore birds, etc) and there is lots of places for taking long walks. A description cannot do this campground justice, so it's worth it to take a drive out to see. Day use is allowed and it's less than an hour from Edmonton. Great place for the whole family. You can look up more info on the Beaver County website.

Big sites. Freindly staff. Nice little canoe and fishimg lake. Go atleast once a year

Sites are quite large. We found it quiet and peaceful there camping on a weekend. Only an hour from Edmonton, definitely going back again.
